Imagine a School: Montessori for Elementary Aged Children combines scenes from two public and four private Montessori schools to show the effectiveness of this philosophy of education. Preparation for Life: Infant-Toddler Communities takes you inside three renowned Montessori infant-toddler programs in St. Louis, Chicago, and White Plains, NY, to see how the Montessori approach nurtures the emotional, physical and intellectual growth of small children. The sensitive periods of movement, order, and language are covered along with the prepared environment, the separation process and the role of the adult in the classroom are all covered.
This program replaces and completely updates "In the Beginning: The First Years of Life."
