The Montessori School Leadership Multimedia Kit offers leadership support for Montessori school administrators who work with children of all ages in any setting. This package deal includes the two programs available for purchase – Program One: Private Montessori Schools for Children from Infancy Through Age 12 and Program Two: Public Montessori Schools and Secondary Schools.
Each kit includes tools for staff development, perspectives on how to approach key issues, model handbooks, legal forms, mission statements, and other sample documents to help guide administrators. The video portions include between 20 and 30 short videos, chosen to showcase a variety of topics – from how to start a public Montessori school to financial aid and fundraising strategies. The clips feature Anna Perry of the Seton Montessori Institute in Chicago, founder of AMS Nancy Rambusch, head of the Cincinnati Montessori Secondary Teacher Education Program Marta Donahoe, and experienced Montessori school administrator Greg Dixon.
Content to support professional development and communications efforts have also been included. Pdf documents on the CD provide links to excellent inspirational talks by leading educators, many of whom have been keynote speakers at AMS conventions. The links that are included to supporting articles are excellent for marketing Montessori to parents and the community.
